OT, PT, & SLT

Finding therapists with the knowledge and understanding necessary to support homeschooling families through their professional practices can present a challenge. Here at The Homeschool Counseling Network, we are working hard to help bridge this gap.

By creating a list of homeschool family-friendly providers, we aim to help ease the burden of seeking support services by doing some legwork for you.

Occupational therapists (OT), physical therapists (PT), and speech-language therapists/pathologists (SLP/SLT) are licensed professionals who provide services to help improve and enhance daily living skills, well-being, mental health, communication, mobility, rehabilitation, and overall quality of life.

For a more comprehensive description of the different types of credentials providers may have, please visit our Counseling 101 page included as part of HCN’s FREE Resource Library.

This page is just like us – always learning, always growing.

We will continue to update this OT/PT/SLT Resource Page as new providers become available. Please know this list is by no means exhaustive. We recommend all parents and families perform due diligence when seeking services from any provider.
